Abstract:
The present invention relates to [1] a detergent composition including pigment granules containing (A) from 10 to 95% by mass of a water-insoluble pigment, and (B) at least two compounds selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, a polyvinyl alcohol derivative, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and a polyvinyl pyrrolidone derivative; and [2] a process for producing the detergent composition according to the above [1], including the steps of mixing and granulating a powder containing the water-insoluble pigment (A) and a solution of the component (B) to obtain a granulated product; drying the resulting granulated product to obtain the pigment granules; and mixing the pigment granules with a detergent. The detergent composition is capable of not only can satisfying both of rich foaming and good preparation stability, but also exhibiting sufficient coloration of foams and readily controlling a coloring time of the foams without damage to motivation of the user to use the detergent, and therefore can provide a comfortable feeling of use and a suitable configuration of use according to the applications by the user.

The invention relates to disintegrating particles formed by agglomerating primary particles at least part of which are insoluble in water, wherein the agglomeration of the disintegrating particles is disintegrated in an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble salt by lowering the concentration of the water-soluble salt. The invention also relates to a cleanser or detergent composition that includes the disintegrating particles, a water-soluble salt at a concentration lower than its saturated solubility, a surfactant and water. The composition has excellent physical (mechanical) cleanability and stability with time and gives users a pleasant feeling upon use. The composition does not cause damage to and itch on the skin because the disintegrating particles are disintegrated during cleansing and rinsing, and it is extremely good in rinsability.

[1] A method for producing granules for a tooth polishing agent comprising mixing a water insoluble powdery material with a silicic acid salt using a vessel rotatable granulator to granulate the mixture said method involving a step of carrying out the granulation while supplying droplets of an aqueous solution of the silicic acid salt to the water insoluble powdery material using a multi fluid nozzle and said method enabling the production of granules for a tooth polishing agent which have proper collapse strength and excellent wet collapse strength with high yield; [2] granules for a teeth polishing agent which can be produced by the aforementioned method; and [3] a teeth polishing agent which contains the granules for a teeth polishing agent.
