    Abstract: A disposable diaper comprising a urine-permeable surface sheet, a urine-impervious backing sheet and an absorbent pad interposed between said two sheets, said disposable diaper being characterized in that the urine-impervious backing sheet comprises at least two layers, the first layer being a substantially urine-impermeable, vapor-permeable sheet, and the second layer being a urine-impermeable sheet which is perforated at an aperture ratio lower than 30%, said first and second layer being integrally formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance liquid return preventing properties and shield properties and to prevent the deterioration of properties with the elapse of time by integrating a fiber layer with at least the single surface of a hydrophobic film having a top part, a bottom part 4 and the wall part connecting both of them, having perforations provided to at least a part of the wall part and having specific strain in the thickness direction thereof under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophobic film to be used has strain of 34% or more in the thickness direction thereof under pressure of 50g/cm . A surface material is composed by integrating a fiber layer 2 with the under surface of the hydrophobic film layer 1. The shape of the film layer 1 has a top part 3, a bottom part 4 and the wall part 5 connecting both of them and perforations 6 are present in at least a part of the wall part 5 and the wall part 5 having the perforations 6 is not covered with the top part 3. By this method, the surface material excellent in fundamental properties such as liquid return preventing properties, shielding properties or the like and generating almost no deterioration of properties with the elapse of time can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain nonwoven fabric suitable for paper diaper, having excellent thermal adhesion, comprising part consisting of a resin having a high melting temperature as a main component and part wherein a main component resin having a lower melting temperature than the resin of main component and another component resin are uniformly dispersed and part of fiber surface is formed. CONSTITUTION:(A) A first component consisting of a resin (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) having >=200 deg.C melting temperature as a main component and (B) a second component wherein a resin (e.g. high-density polyethylene) having >=50 deg.C lower melting point than the resin of main component of the component A as a main component and at least one resin component (e.g. low-density polyethylene) except this resin of main component are uniformly dispersed are subjected to conjugate spinning to give conjugate yarn wherein the component B forms at least part of fiber surface, web of the conjugate yarn is interlaced and fixed by hot fusing of the component B to give the aimed nonwoven fabric.
