Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency, while lowering an error rate of a work by constituting the device so that switching of the number of sets of drives is executed by the certain number of collected units, and switching is executed after a worker is shifted. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a program control circuit 10 and a memory 16 in which initial data to be given to the memory 16 is stored. The memory 16 is provided with a file 12 for storing the number of sets of drives to be connected by each type and its capacity, and a file 14 for storing the number of sets of drives connected by each type of the previous production planning. The program control circuit 10 inputs data given by two files 12, 14, calculates the number of sets of drives to be used and the number of sets of surplus drives at each production planning unit time, and decides the quality of switching of the number of sets of drives among four kinds of types. In the case it is good, a combination of switching of this number of sets is calculated by a set switching unit.
