Abstract: PURPOSE: To shorten specification preparation time, to simplify a printing procedure and to prepare specifications on the site by registering required information among product and parts information registered in a data base in addition to product and parts numbers. CONSTITUTION: From a product number data base 7 for storing the product numbers to be individually imparted to respective products and information related to the products corresponding to the product numbers and a parts number data base 5 for storing the parts numbers to be individually imparted to respective parts and the information related to the parts corresponding to the parts numbers, the information required for the specification is extracted and registered in a specification data base 2 at the time of establishing the specification. Then, a specification preparation part 9 inputs a specification name, retrieves the specification data base 2 by the product number and the parts number registered in a specification name file 10, extracts the information corresponding to the product number or the parts number and prepares the specification. Thus, even when the data bases 5 and 7 can not be accessed, the printing of the complete specification is made possible.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To deal with an order acceptance work for frequently and repeatedly ordering the same product or any similar product by retrieving the order acceptance statement of a file name matched with an inputted file name out of order acceptance statements stored in a data base. CONSTITUTION:According to operation inputs from a memory 4 and a console 2, the order acceptance statement is prepared on that memory 4 under the control of a controller 1. The file name is added to that prepared order acceptance statement, and it is stored in a data base 5. The order acceptance statement of the file name matched with the inputted file name is retrieved out of the order acceptance statement stored in that data base 5. Thus, the order acceptance work for frequently ordering the same product or any similar product plural times can be dealt with, the order acceptance work can be simplified, and error such as wrong description can be reduced.

In addition, the printing control part 5 contains a means for automatically setting ground color information so that the number of copies in the first printer 3 is set to one and that in the second printer 4 is set to N-1 when the total number of copies is assigned to N. Furthermore, a keyboard 1 for setting ground color information is provided. When ground color information is set, priority is given under control to the ground color information set by operating the keyboard.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency, while lowering an error rate of a work by constituting the device so that switching of the number of sets of drives is executed by the certain number of collected units, and switching is executed after a worker is shifted. In the case it is good, a combination of switching of this number of sets is calculated by a set switching unit.

The retrieval processor 1 reads in a requested structure by using a keyboard and a mouse of an input device 5 by a user, extracts a compound in which its structure is contained from a data base stored in an external storage device 2 by using the logical expression having ambiguity, and outputs its result to a CRT display device 3. In such a way, a soft and wide structure retrieval is executed.
