Abstract:
The present invention relates to a resistance measuring apparatus and to a measuring method, said apparatus comprising a power supply unit for supplying constant voltage to two fixed voltage sources, a resistance unit connected in parallel to the power supply unit and which includes two reference resistances connected in serial with a potentiometer disposed therebetween, a voltmeter for measuring the voltage between the connection node of said two fixed voltage sources and the variable terminal node of the potentiometer, and an electrical connection means for connecting a resistance to be measured in parallel to either of said two reference resistances. The resistance measuring apparatus and the measuring method according to the present invention are advantageous in that an input of a detector is directly connected to a well-defined common ground to reduce influences from noise and thus enable the measurement of high insulation resistance, and just two reference resistances are selected even without causing a deterioration of the measurement sensitivity during a selection of a measurement range to simplify a circuit configuration and improve the reliability of the measurement result.

The present invention relates to horizontal rods-supported pore-controllable fiber media filter comprising: a fiber support wherein fixing supports are stood at both ends, and the both ends of a plurality of horizontal rods are fixed to the fixing supports so as to couple the horizontal rods at intervals in the height direction; fiber media hung on the horizontal rods of the fiber support in a zigzag pattern, wherein a lower end forms a fixed end fixed to the lower end of the fiber support and an upper end forms a free end at the upper end of the fiber support; and an actuator coupled to the free end of the fiber media to pull or loosen the fiber media supported by the fixed end. The fiber media are supported in a zigzag pattern by the horizontal rods of the fiber support to form filtration pores if the actuator is operated to pull the fiber media, and the fiber media are relaxed in a zigzag pattern by the horizontal rods of the fiber support to form backwash pores if the actuator is operated to loosen the fiber media.

A passive matrix organic light emitting diode(PMOLED) is provided to drive the PMOLED at a low voltage by driving plural OLEDs to be independent from one another by using separate gate signals. A pixel structure used for a display device includes a scan line(130) and a data line(230). A gate is connected to a pixel. The scan line controls the gate. The data line supplies gradation data to the pixel. The pixel structure drives an OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) by using the voltage difference between supplied data and a common ground. The gate is a PMOS(Positive Metal Oxide Semiconductor). The OLED is a phosphorescent material or a fluorescent material.

본 발명은 기판 지그에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 대기 상태에서 기판을 지지한 상태로 진공 챔버로 이송시키는 기판 지그에 있어서, 상기 기판의 양측단을 가각 잡아주는 기판 홀더; 및 상기 기판 홀더 사이에 설치되어 웜기어 및 순방향 및 역방향 나사선을 이용해서 확장 축소 할 수 있는 기판 홀더 확장부를 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 대기 상태에서 기판을 고정한 상태에서 진공 챔로 이송되기 때문에, 대형 기판에서도 기판이 처지지 않고 안정적으로 지지할 수 있다.
