Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition capable of obtaining a coating film excellent in solvent and wear resistances and to provide a photosensitive planographic printing plate excellent in solvent resistance, particularly resistance to UV ink cleaning oil used in UV ink printing and also excellent in printing resistance. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition contains a resin having a barbituric acid group in a side chain.
