Abstract:
Provided is a resonant reflective filter including a substrate and a grating layer, wherein the substrate is formed of a material having a lower reflective index than that of a material forming the grating layer. Thus, the resonant reflective filter can form a resonant spectrum having good symmetry and a sharp shape. Accordingly, the resonant reflective filter can have improved sensitivity and can be applied to optical systems that require a small linewidth.
Abstract:
Provided is a portable optical biosensor measuring apparatus. The portable optical biosensor measuring apparatus includes a light emitting unit emitting a light having a first line width, an optical biosensor receiving an output light from the light emitting unit, and a peak wavelength detector detecting one peak wavelength having a second line width from a light from the optical biosensor. The first line width is greater than the second line width, and the optical biosensor provides the peak wavelength according to an antigen-antibody reaction.

Provided is a portable optical biosensor measuring apparatus which includes a light emitting unit 100 emitting a light having a first line width, an optical biosensor 110 receiving an output light P0from the light emitting unit, and a peak wavelength detector 120 detecting one peak wavelength having a second line width from a light from the optical biosensor. The first line width is greater than the second line width, and the optical biosensor provides the peak wavelength according to an antigen-antibody reaction. In various embodiments the optical biosensor may transmit or reflect (fig 4a) the light to the peak wavelength detector. Optical filters 140 in the form of colour or band pass filters may be provided. Optical splitters 130, optical circulators (170), log amplifiers (524,525) and subtractors (526), wavelength division multiplex (221) couplers, thin film interference filters and Fabry-Perot filters may also be provided.
