Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for classifying printed documents and a method thereof are provided to efficiently classify printed documents by upgrading firmware without adding additional hardware. CONSTITUTION: Two or more feeding trays(131,132) load papers from different directions. A sensing unit(200) senses the paper load direction. If the paper load direction is different, a control unit(300) selects different paper load tray. The control unit outputs a document using different paper tray.
