Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for detecting signal, a device for detecting signal and a receiving device are provided to execute signal detection in a low complexity. CONSTITUTION: Candidate vector generating units(261,262) decide a first candidate vector about a first layer of the transmission signal group in consideration of all constellation points. The candidate vector generating units decide a second candidate vector about the second layer of the transmission signal group in consideration of all constellation points. The candidate vector generating units generates a final candidate vector including the first candidate vector and the second candidate vector. A soft decision value generating unit(270) produces the soft decision value using the final candidate vector.
