Abstract: PURPOSE: An angled physical contact receptacle stub and an angled physical contact transmitter optical sub-assembly including the same are provided to reduce package costs by improving optical align difficulty. CONSTITUTION: An angled physical contact receptacle stub(100) comprises a first angled physical contact stub(110) and a second angled physical contact stub(120) accepted into a receptacle(1100). One end surface of the first angled physical contact stub is ground in an angled physical contact shape. One end surface of the second angled physical contact stub is ground in an angled physical contact shape. The second angled physical contact stub is combined with the first angled physical contact stub.
