Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wireless frequency resource scheduler of a mobile system is provided to reduce the complexity of a resource scheduler by adaptively changing a scheduling resolution based on CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) features of all mobile stations. CONSTITUTION: A frequency resolution determination apparatus(110) receives the CQI information of all mobile stations for each frequency band of a mobile communication system. The frequency resolution determination apparatus divides the all frequency bands as resolution sizes. The frequency resolution determination apparatus compares the CQI information and reference performance values for each resolution for the all mobile stations. The frequency resolution determination apparatus outputs the biggest resolution in available resolutions. A frequency resource assignment unit(120) applies frequency assignment by using the outputted frequency resolution.
Abstract:
A column-oriented data management system for managing the access control of large and sparse tables and a method thereof are provided to perform various data access methods for high capacity sparse tables. A right management device(114) manages the access right for a column and a cell within a user table. In addition, the right management device manages a right by which a user authorized by a user management device(113) is able to read and write data in the table. A data management device(112) manages the data which can be processed based on a cell that has multiple values in one column, and provides the storage, deletion, change and search functions for the stored data based on the column.
