Disclosed are a distributed antenna wireless communication system and a method thereof. The present invention provides a method for transmitting and receiving a physical channel and a reference signal by using a plurality of points in a distributed antenna wireless communication environment in which the plurality of points have mutually different physical layer cell IDs or the plurality of points belong to a same cell and have the same physical layer cell ID; provides a method for transmitting the physical channel and the reference signal from an uplink and a downlink by introducing a virtual cell ID; and is capable of improving communication efficiency of the distributed antenna wireless communication system by providing a coordinated transmitting method which uses the plurality of points.

The communication system individually allocates radio resources for a plurality of slots included in an uplink sub frame. Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving control information. The method for transmitting control information according to the present invention, in a mobile communication system in which a control channel region and a data channel region are separated from each other, comprises the steps of: determining a control channel resource for transmitting control information by means of the data channel region; and transmitting the control information using the determined control channel resource. According to the present invention, a capacity for control information, which increases for multiple user multiple-input multiple-out (MIMOs) in a heterogeneous network environment, for heterogeneous network interference control using carrier aggregation, for frequent use of a multicast-broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) subframe, and for a CoMP transmission control, may be satisfied. Further, an adaptive resource allocation based on a requested capacity for control information may be enabled, and the efficient utilization of resources may also be enabled.

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for constructing a control channel and transceiving data in a wireless communication system. User equipment monitors physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates which are CRC-scrambled by a cell-radio network temporary identifier in a common search space and in a user equipment-specific search space. The user equipment regards that only the desired PDCCH is transmitted in the common search space if the PDCCH candidates have a common payload size and same index of first control channel elements, thus overcoming problems of ambiguity in detection of DCI.
