    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce DC power consumption by using an on-board computer, so as to process a remote instruction sent from a ground to a satellite body. SOLUTION: When a system OS in a memory 330 is active normally, an on-board logic processor unit 310 after receiving a remote instruction from an instruction logic demodulator (CLD) 270 allows the memory 330 to generate a control signal and allows the memory 330 to store the instruction signal once received and gives the control signal to a SW programmable device 320 for authenticating the instruction and gives an authentication object instruction signal. Then the SW programmable device 320 uses a built-in instruction authentication software as a program, to generate an instruction authentication code and gives the instruction authentication code to the processor unit 310. Then the unit 310 selects a board of a transponder instruction electronic device 420, based on a selected address and gives a control signal to a power supply selection device 410, before transmitting data to the board.
