Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide message of being out to a visitor, to store visitor's figure and voice in a storage medium and to reproduce later by controlling the output of the guide message of being out, compressively storing an inputted A/V signal and restoring and outputting this later. SOLUTION: If the visitor push a bell button 1 when being out, an HA controller 2 applies an automatic response control signal to an A/V controller 500 in an automatic response mode. The A/V controller 500 controls so as to read the guide message of being out previously stored in the storage medium 300, restore by an A/V decoder 400 and output it via a connecting part 100. Thus outputted guide message of being out is outputted to an external loudspeaker 6. Then, the HA controller 2 operates a camera 5 and a microphone 3 and controls so as to receive the A/V information of the visitor by its input and output via the connecting part 100. The A/V controller 500 compresses the A/V information of the visitor by an A/V encoder 200 and stores it in the storage medium 300.
