    Abstract: PURPOSE: An ethylene-based terpolymer is provided to have excellent elasticity and excellent mechanical strength, thereby capable of being applied to material of various components requiring elasticity. CONSTITUTION: An ethylene-based terpolymer comprises 55-96.9 mole% of ethylene unit, 3-40 mole% of C4-12 α-olefin unit, 0.1-5 mole% of a functional unit of one or more selected from a group consisting of styrene-based monomers. The weight average molecular weight of the ethylene-based terpolymer is 50,000-300,000 and the glass trasition temperature is (-20)-(-60) °C. The ethylene-based terpolymer is manufactured through a polymerization which uses an 1,2,4-trimethylcyclopentadienyl 2,6-isopropylarloxo titanium dichloride catalyst. The distribution of a molecular weight of the copolymer is 1-3.5 and Tan δ is 0.1-0.5.
