Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method of constructing an in-site rebar concrete beam using a preinstalled precast concrete slab is provided to reduce costs and enhance constructability since timbering for supporting a beam mold can be omitted. CONSTITUTION: A method of constructing an in-site rebar concrete beam using a preinstalled precast concrete slab is as follows. Timbering(11) is installed. A precast concrete slab(21) is placed on the timbering. A beam mold(31) pre-assembled is transported. A bolt is fastened to an insert nut pre-installed on the precast concrete slab to suspend the mold. Rebar is arranged in the beam mold and on the precast concrete slab. Beam concrete(41) and additional concrete(51) are simultaneously placed. After the concrete is hardened, the beam mold and the timbering are removed.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composite beam for reducing floor height without separate refractory coating and a beam-slab bonding structure using the same are provided to remove a need for separate refractory coating in a state that a lower flange is completely buried at concrete for composition. CONSTITUTION: A composite beam for reducing floor height without separate refractory coating comprises a steel beam(10), a mold board(15), and concrete. The steel beam comprises a lower horizontal plate(11), a central vertical plate(12), an upper horizontal plate(13), and a wing plate(14). The first three plates make an H-shaped section. The mold board is coupled to the wing plate on the lower part of the steel beam. The concrete is charged in a space surrounded by the wing plate and the mold plate and is integrated with the steel beam.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An external window structure of a building having a guard rail made of a laminated glass is provided to prevent the falling accident of an occupant by using a laminated glass as a guard rail. CONSTITUTION: An external window structure of a building having a guard rail made of a laminated glass is composed of an upper frame(10), an intermediate frame(11), a lower frame(12), and an outer fixed window. The upper frame, the intermediate frame, and the lower frame are arranged horizontally. The upper frame, the intermediate frame, and the lower frame are combined to the edge of the outer fixed window made of a glass. The outer fixed window is installed between the intermediate frame and the lower frame. The outer fixed window is made of the laminated glass having the contacted structure by interposing a transparent film between plate glasses.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite deck plate integrated with a bar truss, the bar truss being coupled to cover an upper surface of a folding-type deck plate, and a method for manufacturing same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a composite deck plate integrated with a bar truss comprises a trough-shaped deck plate and a bar truss. The trough-shaped deck plate includes: single units arranged transversely in repetition and each having an upper plate, side plates bent and extended downward at a slant from both cross-directional ends of the upper plate, and a lower plate bent horizontally from the cross-directional ends of the side plates; and a connecting part disposed at the free end of each of the lower plates. The bar truss includes: a pair of horizontally symmetrical bent bars, each being a continuously recurring unit module of a web bar, wherein each unit module includes left and right slopes separated from each other at mutually opposed slopes; a first bent portion connecting the upper ends of the left and right slopes; and a second bent portion at the lower ends of the left and right slopes, and bent in the form of a trough-shaped deck plate and coupled to cover the upper, side, and lower plates of the trough-shaped deck plate. An upper bar is coupled across the second bent portions, and a lower bar is coupled across the first connecting portions so that the web bar, the upper bar, and the lower bar are disposed on a common planar surface.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composite deck plate integrated with a bar truss, including: a trapezoidal deck plate having units arranged repeatedly in a transverse 5 direction, each unit having an upper plate, side plates bent and extended downward at a slant from both ends of the upper plate in the width direction of the upper plate, and lower plates bent horizontally from the ends of the side plates in the width direction of the side plates, and connecting 10 portions formed at the free ends of the lower plates; and the bar truss having upper bars, lower bars, and a plurality of web bars each having a pair of bent bars having up and down symmetrical structures with respect to a horizontal line, one bent bar having unit modules continuously disposed repeatedly 15 in left and right directions thereof, each unit module having left and right slopes spaced apart from each other in such a manner as to have inclinations opposite to each other, a first bent portion adapted to connect the top ends of the left and right slopes, and second bent portions formed at the 20 bottom ends of the left and right slopes.
