Abstract:
Disclosed are an electronic book apparatus and a user interface providing method of the same. The electronic book apparatus includes: a sensor unit for sensing an input to the electronic book apparatus; a gesture processing unit for generating gesture information, which changes an output format of an electronic book having a plurality of pages, by using the sensed input; a rendering unit for generating an output image of the electronic book based on the gesture information; and a display unit for displaying the output image.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a head-mounted display apparatus and a contents display method. The head-mounted display apparatus includes: a mobile device tracing information processing unit for receiving position information or orientation information of a mobile device and generating tracing information of the mobile device based on the received position information or orientation information of the mobile device; a gesture processing unit for receiving input information of the mobile device and generating gesture information to change an output format of contents by using the received input information; a rendering unit for generating a predetermined virtually augmented contents image based on the tracing information of the mobile device and the gesture information; and a display unit for displaying the generated virtually augmented contents image.

Abstract:
A graphic user interface is disclosed. The graphic user interface comprises: a first area to receive a user's input to generate a graphic object therein; an input converter to convert the user's input into an electric signal to transmit to a processor; a control signal receiver to receive a display control signal from the processor; and a second area to display the graphic object therein based on the control signal. The graphic object includes a node representing a minimum unit of information and a link connecting node representing a relationship between the connected nodes. The users using a graphic user interface in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention can be able to understand the current items, the associated materials and their relationships in the meeting without resorting to any complicated exploring procedures.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for displaying content and a computer-readable recording medium thereof are disclosed. The method for displaying content includes: generating a page corresponding to a content file included in a folder; generating a folder display portion corresponding to the folder and an information display layer including the page; outputting the information display layer on a content display apparatus; sensing touch of the content display apparatus; and changing an output format of the information display layer based on the sensed touch.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an optical recognition user input device and method for recognizing user input that can prevent an error in recognition of plural touch points. A plurality of optical transmission/reception modules (T/R) are disposed around a touch panel including a plurality of pixels. Each of the optical T/R modules includes a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. A controller controls operation of the optical T/R modules and calculates a user touch location on the touch panel based on an optical signal received by the light receiving unit.
