Abstract: PURPOSE: A similarity hearing learning method is provided to change specific frequency of sound into physical magnetic pole and to offer it to an auditory disabled person. CONSTITUTION: A general person hears sound from a speaker(S110). A feeling storage means receives feelings in which the general person feels and records it(S120). A similarity hearing converting mean changes the sound into frequency. The similarity hearing converting mean changes the frequency into physical magnetic pole corresponding to similarity hearing(S130). A similarity auditory learning means is used for learning the feelings corresponding to the similarity hearing to an auditory disabled person(S140).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A guide device and a system for the blind, a guide method using the same, and a recording medium thereof are provided to inform the blind of background image or location information. CONSTITUTION: A guide device for the blind comprises a communication unit, an image photographing unit(200), a recognition unit, and a guide unit(400). The communication unit transmits and receives information necessary to the blind. The image photographing unit takes a photograph of a background image of surrounding and obtains video information. The recognition unit recognizes the location of the blind based on the signal of the communication unit. The guide unit provides the information of the background image to the blind and guides the blind.
