    Abstract: PURPOSE: A real time measuring device of micro particle size distribution is provided to measure micro particle per size in real time by using multiple concentration measuring devices and optical measurement systems. CONSTITUTION: A real time measuring device of micro particle size distribution comprises an aerosol number concentration meter(200) and a data processing unit. The aerosol number concentration meter measures the concentration of the inflow minute particles. The data processing unit computes a size distribution of inflow micro particle using the information outputted from the aerosol number concentration meter. A minute particle controlling element(100) controls the size of the minute particle passed through at least one of multiple aerosol number concentration meters. The minute particle controlling element comprises one or more mesh screens.
