Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ferromagnetic signal crystal is provided to control a surface direction and a shape of the ferromagnetic single crystal. CONSTITUTION: A ferromagnetic thin film is formed on a substrate(S10). The ferromagnetic material is thermally processed under a hydrogen atmosphere(S20). A plurality of ferromagnetic single crystal are made. The ferromagnetic thin film is a Ni, Cr, or Fe thin film.
