Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for measuring a power consumption amount is provided to calculate a power consumption amount of a consumer based on exact time data. CONSTITUTION: A power meter(120) receives time information broadcasting and measures power consumption amount of a consumer by time based on the time information broadcasting. A power meter settling unit(130) receives the power consumption amount data of the consumer from the power meter and settles the electric charge of the consumer. A safety system(160) controls a load(150) and informs an overload status of the customer if an overload generates in the consumer.
