    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring photocatalyst activity using NADH is provided to enhance a measuring speed and the accuracy and to simplify an analysis process by measuring the fluorescence intensity in the optical catalyst and NADH mixture without a separated pre-processing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring photocatalyst activity comprises next steps. NADH and a photocatalyst are inserted into a container and the fluorescence intensity of NADH are measured before an optical activity of the photocatalyst. After the ultraviolet light is irradiated in container and the optical catalyst is activated the light, the fluorescence intensity of NADH is measured. The measured difference of the fluorescence intensity of NADH before and after the optical activity is circulated so that a photo-catalytic activity is measured. The absorbance of NADH is used instead of the fluorescence intensity of NADH.
