Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for communication service by individual identifiers through the Internet which enables users to communicate anywhere on the Internet by providing communication between the users using consistent identifiers on the Internet. SOLUTION: As for the device and method for communication service by individual identifiers through the Internet, unique individual identifiers are registered and the URLs, electronic mail accounts, and identifications of currently used terminals of individuals can be specified, so access is allowed only with an individual identifier even if the position and use terminal of the Internet user are changed and subscribers can have real-time communication. Further, various Internet applied services (homepage, electronic mail, etc.), that subscribers have on the Internet can be managed by using the unique individual identifier information.
