This polyurethane exhibits excellent resistance to hydrolysis, resistance to alkali, mechanical strength, and the like. (wherein R and R are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl having 1 to 8 carbon atoms), (wherein R and R are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl having 1 to 8 carbon atoms).
Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition comprising: (1) a vinyl copolymer obtained from a starting material containing vinyl monomer (a) which comprises at least one carbonyl group or aldehyde group and vinyl monomer (b) which is different from vinyl monomer (a) and capable of copolymerization; (2) a hydrazide derivative represented by general formula (I): (wherein R represents substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, substituted or unsubstituted cyclohexylene or alkylene; and R and R , which may be the same or different, each represent a single bond or alkylene) or a hydrazide derivative in which the amino group(s) of the hydrazide derivative represented by general formula (I) are protected with a low molecular carbonyl compound; and (3) a polyamine compound represented by general formula (II): (wherein R represents substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, substituted or unsubstituted cyclohexylene or alkylene; and R and R , which may be the same or different, each represent a single bond or alkylene) or the polyamine compound in which the amino group(s) of the polyamine compound represented by general formula (II) are protected with a low molecular carbonyl compound.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a resin composition containing a polyester resin possessing, within its molecular structure, a structural unit represented by the following formula (I), and an amino resin: Äwherein, R and R are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom or lower alkyl, with the proviso that R and R do not simultaneously represent hydrogen atomsÜ. In addition, the present invention provides a cured resin obtained by means of hardening said resin composition, and a paint containing said resin composition. The aforementioned resin composition provides a cured material that exhibits excellent resistance to hydrolysis, resistance to alkali, and resistance to cissing, and thus is suitable for a paint and the like.
Abstract:
A polyurethane which is excellent in adhesion, weatherability, water resistance, etc. and has in the molecule a structural unit represented by the general formula (I) (wherein R?1 and R2¿ are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl) and an acidic group neutralized with a basic compound.
Abstract:
A composition which comprises a compound having at least one five-membered dithiocarbonate ring group represented by general formula (I) (wherein R?1, R2, and R3¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl) and either a secondary diamine represented by general formula (II) (wherein X represents C¿4-20? alkylene) or an enamine derivative thereof. It is useful in applicatios such as a coating composition, adhesive, ink, sealing material, and encapsulation material.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an adhesive comprising a polyester polyol or polyurethane polyol possessing structural units represented by the following general formula (I) within its molecular structure, and an organic polyisocyanate in which the isocyanate groups may be protected : wherein R and R are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl. The adhesive of the present invention exhibits an excellent initial adhesion strength; and provides adhered objects that exhibit an excellent permanent adhesion strength, hot water resistance, flexibility, flexibility at a low temperature, and fatigue resistance, and is useful in adhering plastic, metal, and the like. In addition, the present invention provides a method of mixing the aforementioned components and using the mixture for adhesion, and a use of the mixture of the aforementioned components.
