Abstract: Provided are an exosome expressing a respiratory syncytial virus F protein (RSVF) and use thereof.
The exosome expressing the respiratory syncytial virus F protein (RSVF) according to the present invention kills cancer cells by specifically fusing to membranes of cancer cells, and suppresses tumor growth by accumulating in a tumor specific manner, and accordingly, it may be used in the prevention or treatment of cancer.
