    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes a first substrate (111) including a display area (DA) on which pixels are arranged, and a non-display area (NDA) surrounding the display area (DA). A dam (DAM) surrounds the display area (DA), the dam (DAM) arranged on the non-display area (NDA). An organic light emitting diode (250) is provided in the display area (DA), an encapsulation film (300) is formed on the organic light emitting diode (250), a buffer layer (410) formed on the encapsulation film (300), and an insulating film (420) formed on the buffer layer (410). A pad area (PA) is arranged outside the dam (DAM). The buffer layer (410) and the insulating film (420) extend from the display area (DA) to the pad area (PA). A link line (216) is provided between the dam (DAM) and the first substrate (111). A routing line (TL) is provided on the insulating layer (420) between the display area (DA) and the pad area (PA).
