Abstract: Disclosed herein is a flexible electroluminescent display device (10) capable of protecting signal wires by reducing stress applied to the signal wires in a bending region. The electroluminescent display device (10) comprising a substrate (SUB) having an active area (AA), and a bezel area (ZA) including a bending area (BA); a first portion of a planarization layer (PL) disposed in the active area (AA), and covering a first signal line (DL); a second portion of the planarization layer (PL) disposed in the bending area (BA); first and second touch electrodes (Tx, Rx) disposed to cross over each other and to seal the active area (AA) on an encapsulation layer (ENC) above the first portion of the planarization layer (PL) with a first organic insulation layer (INS1) disposed therebetween; a first signal line link pattern (DLP) disposed on the second portion of the planarization layer (PL) to be connected to the first signal line (DL) in the bending area (BA); and second and third signal lines (TW, RW) connected to the first and second touch electrodes (Tx, Rx) on the second portion of the planarization layer (PL).

The display device includes a first substrate (111) including a display area (DA) on which pixels are arranged, and a non-display area (NDA) surrounding the display area (DA). A dam (DAM) surrounds the display area (DA), the dam (DAM) arranged on the non-display area (NDA). An organic light emitting diode (250) is provided in the display area (DA), an encapsulation film (300) is formed on the organic light emitting diode (250), a buffer layer (410) formed on the encapsulation film (300), and an insulating film (420) formed on the buffer layer (410). A pad area (PA) is arranged outside the dam (DAM). The buffer layer (410) and the insulating film (420) extend from the display area (DA) to the pad area (PA). A link line (216) is provided between the dam (DAM) and the first substrate (111). A routing line (TL) is provided on the insulating layer (420) between the display area (DA) and the pad area (PA).

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display panel are provided. The touch display panel includes a bend area adjacent to the periphery of the touch display panel, and touch lines disposed in the bend area have zigzag shapes that extend at angles with respect to a bend axis about which the bend area is bent. A first dielectric layer includes a compensation pattern that is located in the bend area and includes an opening that extends in a direction parallel to the bend axis. A second dielectric layer protrudes into the opening of the compensation pattern in a depth direction. During bending of the bend area, this configuration disperses force applied to portions of the touch lines and the dielectric layers in the bend area. This can consequently prevent both cracking due to bending and moisture permeation due to cracks.
