SOLUTION: The panel is provided with a first electroluminescence cell driving circuit which drives electroluminescence cells and which is arranged at the intersections of a first gate line and data lines, and a second electroluminescence cell driving circuit which drives electroluminescence cells and which is arranged at the intersection of the gate lines excluding the first gate line and the data lines.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for driving an AMELD capable of being integral with a current drive IC, receiving an n-bit digital signal, and adjusting an output current of each RGB channel. SOLUTION: In the AMELD driving circuit including a data driver and a gate driver for transmitting a data signal and a scanning signal to each pixel of a panel, the data driver is characterized in comprising a latching part for latching a control signal stored temporarily, and a plurality of D-A converters for outputting specific level reference currents as each of RGB signals by the latched control signal. Namely, the data driver is technically characterized in temporarily selecting n-pieces of reference current values and thereby selecting/non-selecting them according to the n-bit digital signal to express a desired gray level, being provided with voltage terminals held at a constant voltage and voltage terminals of which the voltage varies for each RGB channel, and thus adjusting the output current values for each color.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wide visual field angle by multi domains to obtain high brightness based on stable arrangement of liquid crystal molecules by providing dielectric frames, a common electrode on a color filter layer, and an orientation layer or the like on at least one substrate between a first substrate and a second substrate. SOLUTION: The element is equipped with first and second substrates 31, 33, plural gate bus wirings which are provided on the first substrate 31 and arranged in the first direction, plural data bus wirings which are provided on the first substrate 31 and arranged in the second direction, a TFT, a passivated layer 37 provided on the whole first substrate 31, a pixel electrode 13, dielectric frames 41, and a first orientation layer provided on the whole first substrate 31. Further, a light shielding layer 25 is formed on the second substrate 33 so as to shield all light leaking through the gate bus wirings, the data bus wirings and the TFT. Moreover, a color filter layer 23 is formed on the light shielding layer and then an overcoat layer 29 is formed on the color filter layer 23.

Fabrication of an OLED involves forming a thin film transistor on a substrate; forming a passivation layer on the substrate including the TFT; forming a first electrode layer on the passivation layer (560); forming a contact hole through the passivation layer and the first electrode layer exposing an upper surface of a drain electrode (550) of the TFT at a predetermined portion of the first electrode (570) and the passivation layer; forming a buffer layer (580) on a predetermined portion of an upper surface of the first electrode; forming an organic emission layer (590) within a region defined by the buffer layer; and forming a second electrode (600) on the organic emission layer such that the second electrode is electrically connected with the drain electrode through the contact hole.
