    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device that reduces an IER (information error rate) of a communication network under an established standard, without the need for substantial correction of user and system devices. SOLUTION: The device 400 is provided with a selector device 416, connected to a framer 402 and with an interleaver 414. The interleaver 414 is connected to the framer 402 and to communication units 404-412 that are normally used for processing user information. The framer 402 groups the user information into information groups and generates copies of each information group, on the basis of system information received by the selector device 416. The interleaver 414 receives the generated information group. The interleaver 414 interleaves generated frames over time blocks, whose number is selected in a communication network, on the basis of the system information that the selector device 416 receives.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting it when a control word for indicating a transfer of a voice mode to a data mode or a reverse transfer in a communication channel is lost, and reproducing the word. SOLUTION: In the case of the voice mode, voice information is checked, and an error is detected. If the error is detected, next frame (segment) of information is regarded as data information. This data information is examined, and effective data like an effective header is detected. If the header is detected, it is regarded as the data mode. If the header is not detected, it is regarded as the voice mode.
