Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device that reduces an IER (information error rate) of a communication network under an established standard, without the need for substantial correction of user and system devices. SOLUTION: The device 400 is provided with a selector device 416, connected to a framer 402 and with an interleaver 414. The interleaver 414 is connected to the framer 402 and to communication units 404-412 that are normally used for processing user information. The framer 402 groups the user information into information groups and generates copies of each information group, on the basis of system information received by the selector device 416. The interleaver 414 receives the generated information group. The interleaver 414 interleaves generated frames over time blocks, whose number is selected in a communication network, on the basis of the system information that the selector device 416 receives.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDMA communication system capable of carrying out downlink adaptive beam formation and downlink power control. SOLUTION: An allocation message includes an identification code for allocating users to the prescribed slots of the frames of an uplink and a downlink, and the allocation message is transmitted to users in all the sections of the slot of the first frame of the down link block of the frame. By using the corresponding slot of a following downlink frame after that, information is transmitted to the users and downlink adaptive beam formation and downlink power control are carried out at the same time. The users use the corresponding slots of an uplink frame to send the information to system equipment. Conventional users can use the system while other users can transmit and receive information by this system.
