Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a service quality request decided by a message transmission source over the entire routing path by generating a correction response message having the address of a communication node as a destination address in an external network and transmitting the correction response message. SOLUTION: After a mobile node 8 moves to an external network 6, an original c/o address is allocated to the mobile node 8, and the node 8 is registered directly with the home agent of a home network. An IP packet generated by a communication node 10 is the same in spite of whether the node 8 is located within the home network 2 or within the network 6. A mobile IP performing route optimization requests the node 10 to find where the node 8 is located at the current time. The node 8 is registered with the home agent by using the current c/o address.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make flow identification information available to the entire routing by receiving an IP packet including a destination address corresponding to the home address of a moving body node, removing the home address of the moving body node from the header of the IP packet, replacing it to correct the IP packet and a moving body node identifier to the IP packet to transmit it. SOLUTION: A home agent removes the destination address 62 of a moving body node in a home network, replaces it with the destination address of a moving body node in a foreign network and fits an IP packet. A new IP packet 42 includes the payload 63 of the original IP packet 50, a source address 60 and a source protocol ID 66. The destination address 62 of the original IP packet is replaced with a new destination address 41. This assembled new IP packet is transmitted to care of address in the foreign network.
