Abstract: PURPOSE: To detect the liquid pressure extremely as high as at least 1000 bar order by installing a wall part, an insulating plate, and a pressure resistant sensor. CONSTITUTION: A mushroom-shape metal main body 1 and an axial blind hole 4 are installed, and the main body 1 has a head 2 and a shank 3 and the blind hole 4 is to store a liquid of which the pressure is to be measured are installed. Moreover, a wall part 6 and at least one pressure resistant sensor 8 are installed, and the wall part 6 is elastically deformable by the liquid pressure and the pressure resistant sensor 8 is fixed in a part equivalent or neighboring to the wall part 6 in the upper end face of the head 2 of the main body 1 and deformable corresponding to the deformation of the wall part 6. At the time of operation, the wall part 6 is deformed corresponding to the liquid pressure introduced into the blind hole 4. An insulating plate 7 and the sensor 8 are deformed corresponding to the deformation. Corresponding to the alteration quantity of the resistance value, each thick film resistor produces an electric signal showing the pressure value of the liquid introduced into the blind hole 4. In this way extremely high liquid pressure can be detected.
