Abstract:
An adjustable hinge is disclosed for window or door casing (1) of the heavy type (particularly doors), comprising: at least two bodies (7, 17) adapted to allow fixing the hinge (1) on window or door casing and on a fixed frame; an articulation pin (3); two adjusting bushes (5, 26); at least one adjusting screw (4); a plurality of shimming washers (2); two end plugs (22); and a small oscillating bush (29) adapted to contain therein the adjusting screw (4).
Abstract:
A handle locking device for slidable sashes of a window with a frame consisting of a section member, provided with a faulty-operation preventing system adapted to stop the closing movement of the handle when the sash (12) is not in a closed position in its frame (11), comprises an actuating element (15) movable against the action of a spring (21) between a handle-locked position and a handle-released position with a movement perpendicular to the sliding movement of the sash (12) and projecting from the handle body (13b) within the section member thickness. Said actuating element (15) is provided with an active free end (14) received in the section member thickness and designed to interfere in the sliding direction of the sash, by a cam-slipping action, with a locating element (20) on the window frame when the sash (12) is brought to a closed position, to move the actuating element (15) to the released position.
Abstract:
A hinge (1) for metal window and door frames is disclosed that has an engagement end (7) and an abutment surface (11) on a frame section bar (9), with a seat (13) for passing a screw (15) associated with a fastening plaque (16); the engagement end (7) has an internal straight surface (7a) for operatively contacting the plaque (16), that has a side section shaped with four segments and is equipped, at one end (16a), with a contact surface that is slanted when resting by an angle (A) with respect to the surface (7a) and is operatively parallel with the surface (7a); the plaque (16) further comprises, at its other opposite end (16b), a projection that penetrates and engages the section bar (9) for an unmovable fastening of the hinge (1) onto the section bar (9).

Abstract:
A moving mechanism (1) is disclosed for applications with window handles (10). The mechanism is configured in order to increase the distance (A) from a position of a squared seat (G) of the handle (10) to an abutment on an handle (10) bearing section. This is achieved by providing at least one driving wheel (7) and at least one driven wheel (3), wherein both wheels (3,7) are equipped with at least two rows of teeth with different modulus. The wheels (3,7) are connected through a Z-shaped rack (1A). The mechanism further comprises at least one spring (6) placed at the ends of the mechanism and housed in suitable seats (6A).
Abstract:
A system for hooking/unhooking intended for being mounted on a window of a fitting to command fastening of a window at an end of an actuating element of the fitting suitable for acting on the window to command the automatic tilt-opening/closing thereof, said system for hooking/unhooking comprising fastening means (19, 20) kinematically connected to a handle of the window to be moved, acting on the handle, between a configuration for automatic opening wherein the end of the actuating element is fastened on the window and a configuration for manual opening in which the window is not fastened on the actuating element. When the fastening means (19, 20) is in the configuration for automatic opening the end of the actuating element (17) is fastened in a fixed position with respect to the window (13).

Abstract:
A cremone bolt for door and window fixtures comprises a handle (12), at least one movable driving element (13, 14) for opening/closing the fixture and a motion-transmitting mechanism from the handle to the driving element, said mechanism comprising a toothed rotor (17) integral with the handle and suitable for engagement with at least one rack (18, 19) integral with at least one driving element, the cremone bolt comprising an external shell (15) defining a cavity (16) inside which the motion-transmitting mechanism is housed, said cavity (16) being open on the side facing a section bar of the fixture in use, and a cover (20) being present which can be fastened to the shell to close the opening of the cavity (16) at least partly. The external shell (15) is made of plastic material, the rotor and rack being made of metal, at least one rib (40, 41) for guiding the rack (18, 19) jutting out from the cover (20) towards the inside of said cavity (16).
