    Abstract: Relating to oil feed to a piston portion in a dual support bearing of a hermetic compressor, and a structure for improving efficiency and reliability and accomplishing reduction of noise is disclosed. In this structure, since an auxiliary bearing 119 is provided with an oil feed passage 129 for conducting lubricating oil 108 discharged from an upper end of an oil feed mechanism 114, to a sliding surface of a piston 120, the lubricating oil 108 is fed to the piston 120 and a piston pin 122 from the oil feed passage 129 to make the sealing performance excellent, so that the amount of leakage of refrigerant gas from a compression chamber 117 is reduced to improve the freezing capability or efficiency. Further, lubrication of sliding portions of the piston 120 and the piston pin 122 becomes excellent so that noise caused by sliding is reduced and the reliability is improved.

SOLUTION: In the compressor 6, provided with a sealed terminal 2 connecting electric elements inside and outside a closed vessel 7 in a closed vessel side part 7a, a protecting cover 3 is provided in the above closed vessel 7 so as to cover an electrical equipment part including at least the above sealed terminal 2, and the protecting cover 3 internally fits an interference member 15 consisting of an insulation character and having a flow shape of the electrical equipment part and a lead wire in a recessed type in a surface opposing a cluster block 8 and a temperature sensor 10. When the electrical equipment part like the cluster block 8 and the temperature sensor 10 is mounted in a wrong direction, the interference member 15 generates interference with the electrical equipment part like the cluster block 8 and the temperature sensor 10, and mounting in a wrong direction of this electrical equipment part can be discovered.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shearing force acting on a vertex of a projection part, to use a material which is weak in shearing force such as paper for a gasket and to reduce cost by forming a closed loop in a connecting part with the gasket of a head to be fixed to a cylinder and forming the projection part having a plane on the contact surface. SOLUTION: A hermetic electric compressor has a head 11 to be fixed to a cylinder having a bore hole with a bolt together with a gasket and the like. In this head 11, a suction plenum 11a and a discharge plenum 11b are formed and a projection part 11c forming a closed loop is formed in a contact part with the gasket. At this time, a vertex of the projection part 11c is formed into a plane shape, the width of the plane of this projection part 11c is made 10 to 20% of a width of a sealing surface lid of the head 11 and the height of the projection part 11c is made 10 to 50% of thickness of the gasket. As a result, shearing force acting on the vertex of the projection part 11e is reduced, the gasket made of paper can be used and reduction in cost is contrived.

SOLUTION: When the reed suction valve 3 of a sealed motor-driven compressor is opened, coolant gas is sucked into a cylinder, and a valve plate 4c provided with an intake hole 4a and a discharge hole 4b is arranged adjacently to the valve 3. A cylinder head 6 provided with a low pressure section 6a, a high pressure section 6b and a portion 6c partitioning the intake hole 4a and discharge hole 4b is arranged on the valve plate 4c via a gasket 5. The gasket fitting face of the cylinder head 6 is formed into a convex face around the portion 6c partitioning the low and high pressure sections 6a, 6b, high sticking pressure is locally generated when head bolts 7 are fastened, and a high seal effect is obtained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an abnormal sound by interference between mutual parts in a connecting device of a piston and a connecting rod of a compressor for arranging a U-shaped washer between the piston and the connecting rod. SOLUTION: The U-shaped washer 12 has a projecting circular arc-shaped contact part 14 on the connecting rod 8 side in the vicinity of a piston pin 5, and since a free end part 15 of the U-shaped washer 12 is bent to the piston 1 side in curvature larger than the contact part 14, the abnormal sound by unintended interference between the connecting rod 8 and the U-shaped washer 12 can be reduced.
