    Abstract: PURPOSE:To execute brazing simply in brazing many fins of a heat exchanger to a pipe, by inserting a hollow tube into the pipe and bringing the tube into contact with fins by expanding the tube using pressurized fluid. CONSTITUTION:The outer face of a pipe 3 for passing fluid for a heat exchanger is cleaned and inserted into many fins 2. A tube 7 made of elastic material such as ''Teflon '' resin and having outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe is inserted into it. The tube 7 is expanded by applying liquid pressure or gas pressure in the tube 7. The inner face of the pipe 3 is pressed and expanded to bring the outer surface of the pipe into close contact with the fins 2. Under this condition, fins 2 are brazed to the pipe 3 and the tube is contracted and taken out by removing the pressure fluid in the tube 7. Thus, brazing of fins and the pipe can be performed very simply.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve heat-exchange efficiency by arranging tubes in zig-zag in a direction toward a wind stream and forming mountain-like punched portions opening at sides of an upper stream between tubes in one row and converging at sides of down stream in the direction toward the tubes in another row. CONSTITUTION:A stream, flowing on one surface of a fin-plate 4, 4... due to a wind stream A, flows into an opening portion 7 for a punched portion 6 after it is flown around a cooling medium tube 5a, and flows along the other surface of the fin-plate as shown by an arrow sign drawn with broken lines, thereafter, is converged at the end of the punched portion by an inclined guide surface 8 and is collided against the center of the cooling medium tube 5a'', A flage 10 is not existing here, therefore, the stream effects heat-exchange directly with the tube 5a''. Owing to such a heat-exchanging effect and a turbulent-flow effect caused at the punched portion, the stream affects an influence of the wind stream for the fin-plate 4 and the cooling medium tube 5, thereby, mutual heat-exchanging efficiencies may be improved.
