Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with high productive efficiency and good finishing, which is suitable for assembling to a continuous production line and solves problems on conventional barrel processing. SOLUTION: In a flat parts manufacturing method, a flat part P is obtained through the following processes to be carried out one by one while supplying a belt material 10 continuously: (a) a cutting process to cut and process a cut part to be an inner shape of a flat part on a belt material 10 by a feeding press machine 20 or a laser processing nozzle 30 and the like. (b) a finishing process to mend failures caused around the cut part in the cutting process by a deburring device 40 and the like. and (c) a cutting out process to cut out the belt material 10 for each individual flat part P by a cut out blade 8 and the like.
