Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device which supplies water from a water storage tank to a predetermined location by a pump, and is compact and capable of fully displaying the function of purifying water. SOLUTION: The water supply device comprises a casing 28 detachably mounted in the water storage tank 22 for sucking to supply water to a predetermined location, a motor 25 for driving an impeller 30 in the casing 28 without contact, a control unit for controlling the drive of the motor 25, and a water purifying filter 31 such that the water purifying filter 31 surrounds a region for a rotation of the impeller 30 in a path in the casing 28 from the impeller 30 to an exhaust port. The water sucked from an inlet port 26 is purified through a wide range of the water purifying filter 31 in the casing 28 surrounding the region for a rotation of the impeller 30.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiative module which can efficiently radiate heat with simple structure. SOLUTION: This heat radiative module is equipped with a board 10 having a heat generating part 11, and a heat radiative board 12 having its heat radiative fin 13 projected toward the heat generating part. The heat radiative board 12 keeps the heat radiative fin 13 in direct pressure contact with the heating part 11. A space 14 for air circulation is made between the heat generating part, the heat radiative fin 13 in direct pressure contact with the heat generating part 11 can radiate heat efficiently, and also the radiated heat is carried out of the space by flowing air, thus heat radiation efficiency can be raised more.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a water supply device and to reduce the generation of noise through suppression of displacement in a position between a drive part for the water supply device and a water supply pump, and to stabilize transmission of a rotation force. SOLUTION: The water supply device comprises a water supply pump 14 consisting of a rotary member 18 rotated in a tank 12 and exerting movement energy; and a drive part 15 installed at the tank 12 and making contact with the rotary member 18 and transmitting a rotation force. A conduction plate 36 for receiving a power is exposed to the drive part 15, and a conduction plate 36 for feeding a power source is exposed in a spot where the tank 12 is installed. When the tank 12 is installed by bringing the conduction plate 26 of the drive plate 15 and the conduction plate 36 into contact with each other in a state to be positioned opposite to each other, the drive part 145 and the tank 12 can be formed integrally with each other to simplify a device, and further a contact position between the drive part 15 and the water supply pump 12 is stabilized, resulting in stabilization of transmission of a rotation force. The generation of noise can be suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchanger with tubes and the manufacturing method of the same, contriving the improvement of productivity as well as the facilitation of heat transfer from refrigerant to a heat radiating body and easy in handling. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger is equipped with a heat transfer tube 11, whose inside the refrigerant flows, and the heat radiating body, provided on the outer periphery of the heat transfer tube to effect heat exchange between contacting fluid A and the refrigerant through the heat transfer tube, while the heat transfer tube is formed of a continuous tube having a predetermined configuration and the heat radiating body is formed of a thin sheet having a predetermined configuration, further, the heat radiating body 12 covers the peripheral surface of the heat transfer tube 11 along the continuous direction of the same by the surface 12a opposed to the heat transfer tube and is contacted with the tube. Accordingly, the heat exchange between the fluid contacted with the heat radiating body covering the continuous heat transfer tube and the refrigerant is improved while the heat exchanger can be manufactured simply by contacting the heat radiating body with the surface of the opposing heat transfer tube along the continuous direction of the same.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply high rigidity to a shell, to make it hardly resonated, to damp its vibration, and to reduce its noise by providing irregular parts on the shell. SOLUTION: Many irregular parts are concentratedly provided at necessary positions on a shell. The irregular parts may be formed on the whole face of the shell, or they may be formed only at the positions where resonance is considered to occur easily and vibration damping and silencing are required for shape designing. The irregular parts may have a spherical shape, i.e., a dimple shape, a dish-like embossed shape, a ridge-like rib shape, or a lattice shape. The thickness of the recesses and projections of the shell is nearly equal to the thickness of the portion having no irregular parts, and the rigidity of the whole shell is increased and resonance rarely occurs due to the irregular parts, thus the plate thickness of the shell can be made thinner. The surface area of the shell is increased by the irregular parts, and its radiation effect is increased.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily automate a shell assembling process by setting both width of a part element for composing a shell and one opening part of the other element to facilitate automatic insertion of the other opening part, and narrowing a clearance between overlapping parts by contracting one opening part from an outer peripheral side after inserting the other opening part. SOLUTION: A diameter of a container opening part 21a for housing a joint in a shell is slightly enlarged, and a clearance is formed between the container opening part 21a and a cover opening part 22a to facilitate automatic insertion of the cover opening part 22a. At the time of assembly, the container opening part 21a is contracted from its outer peripheral side after the cover opening part 22a is automatically inserted into the container opening part 21a by an automatic device, and a size(d) of a clearance 24' between overlapping parts is preferably set to 0.2 mm and less. A clearance is arranged between the cover opening part 22a and the container opening part 21a, and thereby, automatic insertion is facilitated, and the clearance between overlapping parts is uniformly narrowed. It is thus possible to reduce power supply at the time of welding.
