Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange/form a borderline without cutting a part of a parison by a method wherein, in blow molding with a mold clamped, a part of the parison in the mold is pushed inside by a pushing means installed in the mold, and a mew resin borderline is formed in a molding. SOLUTION: A parison extruded from a die constitutes a first resin layer 3 and a second resin layer 4 in the circumferetntial direction and supplies each borderline 5a into a mold device 8 in which molds 10, 11 are opened in agreement with each pushing means 15 located at receiving position. With the advance of both pushing means 15 while the molds being clamped and the parison being blow-molded, an air controller is actuated to a suction side. The resin borderline of the parson is pushed inside the parison by the projection of each pushing means 15, a borderline part 17 is pushed surely without dislocation to suck the parison, and even after the pushing means 15 being extracted, a new borderline is formed on the surface of a molding. There is no need to cut the parison, improving workability.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply high rigidity to a shell, to make it hardly resonated, to damp its vibration, and to reduce its noise by providing irregular parts on the shell. SOLUTION: Many irregular parts are concentratedly provided at necessary positions on a shell. The irregular parts may be formed on the whole face of the shell, or they may be formed only at the positions where resonance is considered to occur easily and vibration damping and silencing are required for shape designing. The irregular parts may have a spherical shape, i.e., a dimple shape, a dish-like embossed shape, a ridge-like rib shape, or a lattice shape. The thickness of the recesses and projections of the shell is nearly equal to the thickness of the portion having no irregular parts, and the rigidity of the whole shell is increased and resonance rarely occurs due to the irregular parts, thus the plate thickness of the shell can be made thinner. The surface area of the shell is increased by the irregular parts, and its radiation effect is increased.
