    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the mechanical synchronization of the traveling with a rotary chuck with simple constitution in a fixed pitch rotating and traveling mechanism, and to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: A chain 114 is traveled to obtain the drive of a slide table 102 by the difference in the tooth number of gears 108, 111 by driving a drive motor 116 in the direction where a small gear 108 and a main sprocket 109 are driven counterclockwise. When the drive motor 116 is driven in the averse direction, sprockets 113, 115 are not driven by a one-way clutch 112, the chain 114 is not traveled, and only the main sprocket 109 is driven clockwise, and the slide table 102 is returned at much larger speed than the traveling speed in the forward direction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a new parts, and to firmly fix a fin to a tube as closed during the winding in fixing a spiral fin. SOLUTION: A fin 1 is joined with a tube 2 by a laser beam emission tube 32 held by an articulated robot 33 in a condition where the fin 1 initially wound around the tube 2 by an initial winding roller is pressed against the tube by a clamp roller, and after the fin winding of the prescribed quantity, the laser beam emission tube 32 is driven to join the fin with the tube in the condition where the pressing against the outer circumference of the fin is performed by the clamp roller again at the winding terminal. The spiral fin can be firmly fixed to the tube without generating loosening by the residual stress in the fin 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce safely a product without having a hazard such as an explosion or a fire in a foaming process, by providing a communication port performing vacuum evacuation on a jig. CONSTITUTION:A vent hole 11 comprised of a small hole is formed in the rear of an inner ply 9 also and a communication port 10 and the vent hole 11 become coincident with each other. A foaming heat insulation material 12 is cast between outer ply 8 and inner ply 9, foamed and cured. A nozzle 13 for vacuum drawing is installed on a position coincident with the communication port 10. An evaporated hydrocarbon to be generated in a manufacturing process is vacuum-evacuated from the vent hole 11 by a vacuum drawing nozzle 13. Consequently, even if the foaming heat insulation material 12 for which such a substance that has explosive properties like the hydrocarbon is used by taking as a foaming agent is not foamed, it is eliminated that the evaporated hydrocarbon is dwelt within the heat insulation box body.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain bending at a plurality of points and bending to an angle of 180 deg. quickly and simultaneously regarding bending of peripheral finned tube. SOLUTION: By the return motion of the cylinder 115, the early bending guide 113 is shifted, and a main link 100 and an auxiliary link 101 are turned centering a link pin 102. By the gears 103 fixed to the link pin 102, the main link 100 comes to have the same bend angle as the auxiliary link 101 oppositely, so all the main links 100 are bent at equal angle alternately; at the same time by running the driving motor 110 the chain 109 is moved inward and the outermost slide bearing 108a is moved inward, by which the main links 100 are folded progressively and quick and simultaneous multiple bending of peripheral finned tube is attained. After that, by pushing up the swinging shaft by pusher 123 and by thrusting the guide with the pusher 123, a form of bending at 180 degrees is attained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat transfer tube with a spiral fin high in efficiency and high in the latitude of design. SOLUTION: The contact part of a fin 1 and a tube 2 is irradiated with a laser beam and welded in the state where the fin end extended from the tube 2 with fin pressing rollers 13a, 13b of the fin 1 restricted with the thickness to the fin thickness direction at the tube vertical plane with fin thickness restricting guide plates 12a, 12b is wound initially on the tube 2 with initial winding rollers and the fin end is positioned and pressed on the tube 2 with fin end positioning and pressing rollers. Then, winding of the fin 1 onto the tube 2 is advanced with the fin pressing-in rollers 13a, 13b and the fin pressing rollers, and at the same time, by executing rotary-pitch-driving of the tube 2 with a rotary pitch driving device and enlarging the pitch while the fin 1 is wound, the degree of closely attaching the fin 1 and the tube 2 is improved and the heat transfer tube high in efficiency and high in the latitude of design is obtained.
