    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a hydrocarbon of a foaming agent from being exploded, since even if static electricity which is apt to be generated by progressing the foaming of a foamed heat insulation material is led outside, by a method wherein a wall surface of an inner box comprised of a synthetic resin on the foamed heat insulation material side is made into the same electric potential as that of an outer box by applying a conductive coating to the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box body 1 of a refrigerator is formed of a metallic outer box 2, an inner box 3 made of a synthetic resin and a foamed heat insulation material 4 wherein a hydrocarbon filled into a space between both the boxes 2, 3 is taken as a foaming agent. In the outer box 2, a double flange 5 is formed on a front edge of an opening, in which an outward flange 6 formed on the front edge of the opening of the inner box 3 is inserted. A conductive coating 7 is applied to the surface of a foamed heat insulation material side of the inner box 3. The conductive coating 7 is positioned at the flange also, joined electrically to the double flange 5 of the outer box 2 and formed into the same electric potential as that of the outer box 2. Hereby, it becomes earthable easily through the outer box 2. Such a hazard that the circumference is destroyed by an explosion of a foaming agent during a foaming operation of a heat insulation material is eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the danger of explosion or a fire in a urethane foaming process and thereby to enable execution of safe production by providing a process of eliminating static electricity of a jig for foaming, an inner jig, a workpiece, etc., before injection of urethane in urethane foaming equipment using hydrocarbon as a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A process of eliminating static electricity is executed by a foaming jig of a heat-insulating box which is formed by a bottom jig 9 a part of which is grounded, by an inner jig 10 being in contact with the bottom jig 9 and by a top jig 11 of synthetic resin and lateral jigs 12 of synthetic resin which surround the inner jig 10. A static electricity eliminator 13 of a voltage impression type generates ions 14 and thereby eliminates electric charges generated in the inner jig 10, the top jig 11 and the lateral jigs 12 made of the synthetic resin and being nonconductors. Even when an explosive substance, hydrocarbon such as pentane or cyclopentane, is used as a foaming agent in a posterior process, as the result, the static electricity is hardly generated in the advance of foaming and the danger that the foaming agent explodes in the course of a heat-insulative foaming operation and destructs the surroundings is eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce safely without having hazards of an explosion and fire in a foaming process, by providing a communicating port for setting an evaporated hydrocarbon streamed out through a heat insulation box body free out of a jig is provided in the jig. CONSTITUTION:A foaming jig is constituted of an outer jig 5 and inner jig 6. The outer jig 5 makes a circumferential frame 5a covering the circumference of an outer box 8 and a top frame 5b movable by a hinge. A vent hole 10 comprised of a small hole is formed in the rear 8a of the outer box 8 also and a communication port 7 and the vent hole 10 become coincident with each other. An evaporated hydrocarbon streamed through the vent hole 10 provided in the outer box 8 can be set free to the outside through the communication port 7. Consequently, even if a foamed heat insulation material 11 for which such a substance that has explosive properties is used as a foaming agent, dwelling of the evaporated hydrocarbon between the outer jig 5 and inner jig 6 is eliminated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoelectric modular refrigerator in which cost is reduced while enhancing reliability by simplifying the structure of the connecting piping of a cooling system. SOLUTION: Soft connecting pipes 27, 34, 35 connecting a manifold 21c, a chamber 24 and a radiation heat exchanger 22 are integrally molded two- dimensionally or three-dimensionally. Labor and cost of piping are reduced by connecting the delivery pipe 23 of the manifold 21c with the suction pipe 25 of the chamber 24, the delivery pipe 26 of the chamber 24 with the suction pipe 31 of the radiation heat exchanger 22, and the delivery pipe 32 of the radiation heat exchanger with the suction pipe 30 of the manifold 21c, and reliability is enhanced by decreasing the joints.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure that an object consisting of a non-conductive element is not susceptive of explosion due to static electricity or fire due to ignition to avoid a danger as the surface of the object becomes easily earthed due to an increase in electroconductivity by filling an explosion-proof chamber maintained higher than a specified level of relative humidity with a raw material such as a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A space between paired walls 2 covered with a fixture 4 is filled with a raw material for a foamed heat insulating material such as hydrocarbon or polyol. After the supply of the raw material, foaming develops and hydrocarbon leaking from the fixture 4 following the foaming is exhausted. This foamed resin is cured and paired walls 2 are obtained. An explosition-proof chamber 13 is equipped with a suction air blower 14 and an exhaustion air blower 15, and is heated through an electric heater 16. In addition, an object in the explosition-proof chamber 13 is earthed. Further, the relative humidity of the chamber is maintained higher than 65% using a humidity adjuster installed at the chamber 13. Thus the surface of the object becomes electroconductive more highly so that it is more susceptible of earthing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce safely a product without having a hazard such as an explosion or a fire in a foaming process, by providing a communication port performing vacuum evacuation on a jig. CONSTITUTION:A vent hole 11 comprised of a small hole is formed in the rear of an inner ply 9 also and a communication port 10 and the vent hole 11 become coincident with each other. A foaming heat insulation material 12 is cast between outer ply 8 and inner ply 9, foamed and cured. A nozzle 13 for vacuum drawing is installed on a position coincident with the communication port 10. An evaporated hydrocarbon to be generated in a manufacturing process is vacuum-evacuated from the vent hole 11 by a vacuum drawing nozzle 13. Consequently, even if the foaming heat insulation material 12 for which such a substance that has explosive properties like the hydrocarbon is used by taking as a foaming agent is not foamed, it is eliminated that the evaporated hydrocarbon is dwelt within the heat insulation box body.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To achieve an accurate prevention of frosting on the front rim part of an outer case and further, a lowering of power consumption by a method wherein a heat radiation pipe is mounted on the rear of a double flange of an outer case and a highly heat conductive hot melt is applied on the perimeter of the heat radiation pipe by a nozzle of a robot or the like to raise a heat radiation efficiency of the heat radiation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiation pipe 2 is mounted on the rear of a double flange of an outer case 11 by a fixing metal fitting 13 and a hot melt 14 is applied thereon by a nozzle 15 of a robot being bent from a front opening part of an outer case 2. The tip 15a of the nozzle 15 is worked roughly in a U shape so that the hot melt 14 penetrates on both sides of the heat radiation pipe 12. The heat radiation pipe 12 directly contacts the outer case 11 and positively transmits heat to the outer case 11 by the hot melt 14 and the radiation of heat to the outside air is increased. To the contrary, the quantity of heat transferring from a turned-back flange 11b and an internal flange 11d into the storage decreases.
