Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the stress added to a communicating pipe and improve working property by providing a steel band having a spring part for pressing the communicating pipe into contact with a cylinder head through an oil capillary. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder head 4 having an inserting hole 4a provided on a compression element 3, an inlet muffler 10 having a communicating pipe 11 inserted to the inserting hole 4a, an oil capillary 13 having one end opened into a lubricating oil 12 reservoir and the other end opened into the communicat ing pipe 11, and a steel band 14 having a spring part 14a for pressing the com municating pipe 11 into contact with the cylinder head through the oil capillary 13 are provided. After the communicating pipe 11 is inserted to the inserting hole 4a of the cylinder head 4, the oil capillary 13 is installed and pressed into contact with the cylinder head 4 by the steel band 14. Hence, when the communicating pipe 11 is formed of a material having low heat conductivity such as synthetic resin, the stress at the time of installation can be reduced, and working property can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily and surely improve oil supply performance to a thrust part by providing a rib which is inclined to the direction opposed to a rotary direction of a crank shaft on a surface of a crank shaft small diameter part provided with an oil supply mechanism on a tip thereof. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 2 is rotated, a crank shaft 4 and an oil supply mechanism 6 are simultaneously rotated. Lubrication oil is drawn up and pressed upward through an oil port 11 in a crank shaft and a crank shaft oil supply groove 12. When a space 14 in a crank shaft small diameter part 10 is filled with the lubrication oil, the oil is stirred upward by means of ar rib 16 arranged on the surface of the crank shaft small diameter part 10 inclinedly to the direction opposed to the rotary direction of the crank shaft 4. The lubrication oil is supplied to a thrust part 15 through a crank shaft oil supply groove 13. The oil supply performance to the thrust part 15 is improved after the starting of a compressor and during operation thereof.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and reduce the noise without damaging the discharge resistance by positioning two discharge ports of a valve lead so that a straight line for connecting centers of diameters of the two discharge ports so that it does not coincide with a center line of the longitudinal direction of the valve reed but that it has an angle to that center line. CONSTITUTION:The compressed refrigerant passes through discharge ports 20, 21 to push a valve reed up. Center positions of diameters of the two discharge ports are dislocated from each other so that a straight line for connecting the centers of the diameters of the two discharge ports does not coincide with a center line of the longitudinal direction of the valve reed but that it has an angle to that center line. Consequently, the valve reed is pushed up for elastic deformation by the compressing force which passed through the discharge ports 20, 21, but it is deformed elastically so as to be twisted obliquely. The valve reed is twisted in the same direction at each time of the compression, and is closed stably and gradually. Consequently, shocking element at the time of touching the valve plate 3 is reduced. Necessity of forming diameters of the discharge ports 20, 21 different from each other is eliminated, and a total area of the discharge ports can be secured, and the passing resistance of the discharge ports is reduced to improve the efficiency of a compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the coolant staying in a suction chamber and prevent the heating of coolant gas by inserting the communication pipe of a suction muffler formed by the material having a low thermal conductivity into an insertion hole on a cylinder head and forming an opened port opposed to the suction hole. CONSTITUTION:As for a compression element 3 accommodated in a sealed container 1, a cylinder 6 is installed on a cylinder head 4 through a valve plate 5 by a screw N. In this case, an insertion pipe 7 is inserted into a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin, and a communication pipe 10 which is integrally molded with the lower part 9b of a suction muffler 9 is allowed to penetrate through the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4, and a part of the pipe 10 is positioned in a suction chamber 4b. The communication pipe 10 is formed into cylindrical form, and the undersurface is formed into an arcuate form so as to contact the undersurface of the suction chamber 4b, and an opened port 10b is formed upwardly from the lower edge at the position faced to the suction hole 5a of the valve plate 5. Accordingly, the thermal influence supplied from the cylinder head 4 is suppressed, and the heating of the coolant gas is prevented, and the volume efficiency is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve assembly work performance and increase volume efficiency by inserting the communication pipe of a suction muffler shaped by the material having the low thermal conductivity in an insertion hole of a cylinder head and installing a cap having the low thermal conductivity on the periphery of a suction hole and the penetration chamber of the cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:As for a compression element 3 accommodated in a sealed container 1, a cylinder head 4 is installed on one edge side of a cylinder 6 through a valve plate 5 by a screw N. In this case, an insertion pipe 7 is inserted into a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin, and a communication pipe 10 which is integrally molded with the lower part 9b of the suction muffler 9 is inserted into the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4. A cap 11 is arranged in a penetration chamber 4b, and the communication pipe 10 of the suction muffler 9 penetrates through the insertion hole 4a of the cylinder head 4 and the hole 11c of the cap 11, and a part of the pipe 10 is positioned in the cap 11. Accordingly, the sucked gas is introduced into the suction hole without being warmed by the cylinder head 4 made of metal, and the volume efficiency is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce turbulence of refrigerant gas such as a swirl or the like, generated in a communication pipe, so as to improve suction efficiency by providing an electric motor element, compressor element and a suction muffler elastically supported in a closed case, and providing a straightening bar in the internal center of the communication pipe of the suction muffler. CONSTITUTION:An electric motor element, compressor element and a suction muffler 1 elastically supported in a closed case are provided. A communication pipe 1a of the suction muffler 1 is connected to a suction hole 2a of a cylinder head 2 of constituting the compressor element, and a straightening bar 5 is provided in an internal center part of the communication pipe 1a. The straightening bar 5 is supported by a holding leg 5a in the center inside the communication pipe 1a. In this constitution, refrigerant gas returned from a cooler is guided to the suction muffler 1. In this way, the refrigerant gas passes through the communication pipe 1a, but since the straightening bar 5 is provided, turbulence of the refrigerant gas such as a swirl or the like, generated in the communication pipe 1a, is reduced to enable suction efficiency to improve.

CONSTITUTION:As for a cylinder 6 which constitutes a compression element 3 in an insertion hole 4 formed on the upper surface side of the cylinder head 4 of a hermetic type motor-driven compressor, a valve plate 5 and the cylinder head 4 are installed by a screw N, and an insertion pipe 7 is inserted. In this case, a suction muffler 9 made of synthetic resin (e.g. polybutylen terephthalate) is constituted of the upper and lower chambers 9a and 9b, and the insertion pipe 7 is inserted into the upper chamber 9a, and a communication pipe 10 is shaped integrally with the lower part 9b of the suction muffler 9. An installation leg 10a which is shaped integrally with a communication pipe 10 is fixed onto the cylinder head 4. A cap 11 is arranged in a suction chamber 4b, and the communication pipe 10 of the suction muffler 9 is inserted into a cut part 11c formed on the upper surface of the cap 11.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce heating of refrigerant gas, guided to a suction chamber, so as to improve volumetric efficiency by mounting a heating insulating cap of PBT or the like with small heat conductivity so as to provide a heat insulating layer in a space from an internal wall of the suction chamber. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant gas of low pressure and low temperature, returned from a refrigerant cycle (not shown in the drawing), is guided to a cylinder 10 through a suction muffler 18. Here a heat insulating cap 20, consisting of PBT or the like with small heat conductivity, is mounted so as to provide a heat insulating layer 21 between itself and an internal wall of a suction chamber 7. Heating of the suction refrigerant gas, inflowing into the suction chamber 7 from a cylinder head 6 heated to a high temperature, is reduced by the heat insulating cap 20 and refrigerant gas with which the heat insulating layer 21 is filled.

A lower part 51 of this feed oil pipe 47 is dipped in lubricating oil 37, and as for a tip part 52b at the outside, the tip semicircular center is positioned on the turning shaft center 39 of the crankshaft 38.
