    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerator with a high evaporating capability to evaporate a waste water which is accumulated in an evaporation tray efficiently, concerning a refrigerator for which a bottom structure is built in the lower part of the refrigerator main body. CONSTITUTION:A box body 16 of a bottom structure 15 consists of an inner peripheral frame 9, outer peripheral frame 22 and a storage surface 17 to fix a high tension side unit and an evaporation tray 23, and the bottom structure 15 is constituted of a protruding surface 25 at the center of a bottom surface 24 of the evaporation tray, and an evaporation plate 26 which comes into contact with the protruding surface 25.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided an inexpensive cooling device having a simple configuration and a good appearance in a structure of a refrigerator constituting a direct- cooling type cooling chamber. SOLUTION: A cooling chamber is constructed such that a U-shaped lower cooling device (a roll bond type) 30 having flange sections 29 at both ends is connected to an inverse U-shaped upper cover 32 having a flange section 31 abutted against the flange sections 29 and formed by an aluminum sheet having a superior heat conduction so as to constitute a main body 33 of a cooling device. There are provided a frame member 34 of plastic molded product fixed to a circumferential edge of a front surface opening of the main body 33 of the cooling device and a door 35 of a cooling chamber covering a central hole of the frame, thereby it is possible to reduce the number of component parts constituting the cooling chamber, decrease then umber of assembling steps and then to provide a low cost refrigerator.

CONSTITUTION:A box 15 is constituted of an outer peripheral frame 16, a fixing surface 17 in contact with a lower part flange 2a of an outer box 2, an inner peripheral frame 18 formed in the vertical and longitudinal direction from the fixing surface 17 and a housing surface 21 to which a high pressure side unit and an evaporating tray 20 are fixed, and further provided with a plurality of ribs 27 arranged laterally on the inner peripheral frame 18 and partly cut off on the outer peripheral frame 16 side and a reinforcing iron plate inside and between the inner surface of the outer peripheral frame 16 and the ribs 27.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable an adjustment of position slidable upward and downwardly to be attained, perform a sliding movement on a frame by pulling a shelf toward an operator and enable it to be drawn by a method wherein a front surface of a frame is inclined slightly upward and can be moved up and down directly along a sliding groove. CONSTITUTION:As an operator's side of a frame 10 is lifted up, a stopper claw 13 fixed to the frame 10 is removed from a rack-like stopper groove 15 around a rotating axis of guide rollers 12 at both right and left ends arranged in a shaft 11. Then, the frame 10 holding a shelf 9 is moved up or down directly to a target position along a sliding groove 14a of a rail 14. When the shelf 9 reaches the target position, the operator's side of the frame 10 is returned back to its original horizontal position, resulting in that the stopper claw 13 is engaged with a rack-like stopper groove 15 and held there. In addition, when the shelf 9 is pulled forwardly and moved, it is slid on a lower flange 10e of the frame 10 and its position is set by a stopper 10f.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a case for preserving vegetables for a long term by recessing the central part of a cover touching an opening tightly in a pan shape, bonding a moisture permeation membrane having the inner surface of hydrophilic fiber and the outer surface of hydrophobic fiber to the bottom on the case side and providing a flat plate covering the recess at the top. CONSTITUTION: The vegetable storage case 20 comprises a cover 21 touching the opening in the upper surface tightly, a moisture permeation membrane 22 provided on the bottom face 21a in the central recess of the cover 21, and a flat plate provided at the top of the cover while defining a space. The membrane 22 comprises hydrophilic fibers 27 on the case side inner surface and flat plate side surface of hydrophobic thin film 26. Since the cover 21 is provided on a wall 25 projecting from an inner box 15 and the case 20 is disposed closely under the cover, vegetables can be preserved for a long term. Furthermore, since ribs 21a project from the outer circumference of a large number of holes made through the bottom face 21a of the cover 21, juice of food dropping on the flat plate 24 does not adhere to the membrane 22 thus sustaining moisture permeation effect.

A box-shaped upper plate 18 is arranged with the rear convection hole part of the lid body 17 disposed higher than a food carrier surface 20 of the lid body 17, a lower plate 19 has numerous tiny holes 22 and the upper plate 18 and the lower plate 19 are fastened together.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a simple thawing chamber, capable of setting and maintaining an independent stabilized temperature band, by a method wherein a shutter, opening and closing a cold air outflow port for the thawing chamber of a temperature regulating device, is provided while a control button, opening and closing the shutter at the front surface of the thawing chamber, is provided. CONSTITUTION:When a control button 33 is switched leftward, shutters 35, 36 are slid outwardly in conjunction with each other and a discharging hole 26e is closed whereby cold air, discharged out of the cold air discharging port 32 of a temperature regulating device 27, is intercepted by the shutters 35, 36 and flows into a cold storage chamber 7. Accordingly, the cold air does not flow into a thawing chamber 23 and the temperature of the same chamber becomes +3-5 deg.C whereby frozen food can be thawed quickly and is not rotted even when it is stored as it is. When the control button 33 is switched rightwardly, the shutters 35, 36 are slid inwardly in conjunction with each other, the discharging hole 26e is opened and the cold air, discharged out of the cold air discharging port 32, is sent into the thawing chamber through the discharging hole 26e whereby the temperature in the thawing chamber is kept in a low-temperature of 0--1 deg.C and the thawing chamber 23 may be used as a low- temperature chamber for storing meats and the like.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mechanism to hold a filter to prevent the occurrence of contamination in the refrigerating cycle of a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A refrigerating cycle is formed such that a compressor 13, a condenser 14, a pressure reducer 16, and a vaporizer are annually disposed. A contamination preventing filter 6 and a drier 15 are arranged between the condenser 14 and the pressure reducer 16, and the contamination preventing filter 6 is held at the condenser 14. The contamination prevention filter 6 is connected to the intermediate of the piping of the condenser 14. Since a plurality of wires 18 for radiation welded to a condenser piping are welded and held at connection pipes at the two ends of the contamination preventing filter 6, reliable fixing is practicable against transport vibration of a refrigerator and vibration during operation, and there is no need for a holding part for an exclusive use.
