More particularly, racks (14b) are provided on the left and right sides of the refrigerator's interior (12), gears (5) which engage these racks (14b) are provided on the shelves (1) of the refrigerator, and the food storage shelves (1) are raised and lowered by rotating these gears (5).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure to make transparent ice by an easy manufacturing process and quality control, superpose foods and the like upon each other in an ice making chamber and increase a freezing storage capacity, in an ice making device for a direct-cooling type refrigerator or the like. SOLUTION: In a simple structure in which an ice making corner 19 is arranged above a top surface 11a of a cooling device and fixed to the upper part of a refrigerator 15, one-way cooling is effected in an ice making pan 20 and ice is produced while impurities such as gaseous constituents, chlorinated lime and the like dissoluted in water being separated and the impurities are concentrated in a vicinity of water surface and then transparent ice is formed. In addition, foods can be superposed on each other over an entire width of the ice making chamber 14 and freezing storage capacity can be increased because the ice making pan 20 is eliminated from the interior of the ice making chamber 14.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler of a low noise level type provided in a refrigerator, etc., in which the explosion noise during the refrigerant injection, and the refrigerant flow noise are controlled. SOLUTION: In a cooler 8, the peeling material for preventing the welding is applied between two places excellent in thermal conductivity, and rolling is performed, and then, the pressure is applied to the fluid to form a refrigerant passage 9, and to increase the sectional area of the refrigerant passage 9. The refrigerant 14 is sprayed from a capillary tube 12. Though it starts evaporation due to the pressure drop on the downstream side of a small diameter part 11, no extreme pressure change (drop) is performed because the sectional area of the refrigerant passage 9 is increased in enlarged refrigerant passages 9a, 9b, 9c stepwise, and the evaporation is also smoothly performed stepwise. The effect to reduce the explosion noise during injection of the refrigerant 14 is obtained by controlling the explosive evaporation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce sanitarily ice by installing a bearing device which mounts and removes an ice making pan having a support shaft at the central part of the ice making pan installed to one side of a refrigeration chamber, to and from a drive device which rotates the ice making pan using this support shaft as a fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:An ice making pan 23 provides a support shaft 24 at the central part of the pan, which is installed to one section of a refrigeration chamber 6 where a drive device 11 rotates the ice making pan 23 with the support shaft 24 as its fulcrum. A bearing device 25 comprises a spring 25b which moves bearing plates 25a which connect the drive device 11 to the support shaft 24 and transmits the rotary power of the drive device to the support shaft 24 and a groove 25c which is engaged with a pin 24a mounted to the support shaft 24 of the ice making pan 23. The ice making pan 23 is designed to move freely in the direction A by an expansion function of the spring 25b of the bearing device 25 when force is applied. However, when the movement of the spring 25b exceeds an expansion limit, the support shaft 24 of the ice making pan 23 is separated from the bearing plate 25a of the bearing device 25. This construction makes it possible to remove the ice making pan 23.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To smoothly slide a sliding member moved up and down in a sliding groove without slanting the same by moving vertically a shelf and a frame, keeping the same horizontally by spur gears rotated simultaneously vertically on left and right racks. CONSTITUTION:With a control switch 6 turned on, a drive gear 10 coupled to a shaft 9 of an electric motor 7 is rotated to cause a rolling gear and a gear shaft 4 engaged with the drive gear 10 to be rotated. Hereby, spur gears 5 located at opposite ends of the gear shaft 4 engaged with a rack 16b are rotated, and hence a shelf and a frame 2 are moved vertically, kept horizontally by the spur gears 5 rotated simultaneously vertically on left and right racks 16b. Further, since also a sliding member moved vertically in a sliding groove 16a can smoothly be slid without being slanted, so that the electric motor 17 does not undergo large load. Thus, the shelf can be moved only by the operation of the control switch 6, permitting a device for moving the shelf such as the electric motor 7, etc., to be miniaturized.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for opening/closing a damper in which condensate is prevented from being left at the sliding part of a baffle plate joint to cause incomplete freezing operation even if a baffle plate is disposed below, and a wide space is ensured in the compartment of a refrigerator by installing the device in the compartment. SOLUTION: Since the baffle plate 10 is disposed below, condensate 22 flows downward on the surface of the baffle plate 10 or a variable member 15 and concentrates at the one end sliding joint part 23 of the variable member 15 where surface tension is high. But since a drainage shape (a cut) 16 is formed at one end part of the variable member 15, condensate 22 can be discharged without standing at the one end sliding joint part 23 of the variable member 15 and incomplete freezing operation of the baffle plate 10 can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent spilling of water during conveyance and opening and closing of a door and to shorten an ice making time. SOLUTION: This device is formed such that a cover body 6 placed on an upper surface is caused to cover a plurality of vent openings 7 from above in a manner to make close contact sealing throughout the whole periphery of an upper outer peripheral side wall flange part 1a of an ice making tray 1. This constitution supplies a proper amount of the ice making water 4 in the ice making tray 1, the cover body 6 is caused to cover for close contact and after the ice making tray is placed in a given ice making place, a wave motion 4a of the ice making water 4 in the ice making tray 1 occurring due to an inertia force 3 during opening and closing of a door is caused to flow over from the outer peripheral side wall of the ice making tray 1. However, since the outer peripheral side wall flange part 1a is sealed by the cover body 6, water is stored in an ice making block 1b without overflow of the ice making water 4. Since a plurality of the vent openings 7 are formed in the upper surface of the cover body 6, the ice making water 4 is directly cooled by cooling cold air 5 not through heat-insulation, whereby an ice making time is shortened.
