Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply plug with overcurrent shutting-off function and small size at low cost. SOLUTION: A current collecting terminal 2 and a cord 9 are connected through a thermostat element 4 and a fixed electric contact 6, a toggle 7 for preventing the natural resetting of the thermostat element 4, which was operated at overcurrent, performed by being cooled is arranged, and thereby, when overcurrent flows, the thermostat element 4 is operated so as to shut off overcurrent, and the reset of the thermostat element 4 is prevented by the function of the toggle 7 to retain a overcurrent shutting off state. A power supply plug with overcurrent shutting off function simple in structure and small in size is provided at low cost.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve a space efficiency by controlling a cam installed between two flaps for opening/closing the flaps to an arbitrary rotating position, thereby temperature controlling two cold storage chambers by one damper opening/ closing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A driver 18 rotates a cam 16 via a shaft 18a according to temperatures of first and second cold storage chambers 20, 21 to oscillate first and second flaps 14, 15. Thus, discharge ports 13a, 13b of a case 13 are opened or closed and whether cold gas introduced into the damper opening/closing apparatus 22 from a refrigerating chamber 19 via a passage 23 is fed to first and second passages 24, 25 or not is controlled. If the rotating position of the cam 16 is A, the flaps 14, 15 and the ports 13a, 13b of the case 13 are opened, while if it is B, the flap 14 and the port 13a are opened, but the flap 15 and the port 13b are closed. In the case of C, the flaps 14, 15 and the ports 13a, 13b are closed. In the case of D, the flap 14 and the port 13a are closed, and the flap 15 and the port 13b are closed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a thermostat having a large difference between the temperature of the ON/OFF operation by fitting an auxiliary adjusting screw to a plate spring fixed to a lever and a frame so as to abut on the plate spring. CONSTITUTION:When the atmospheric temperature rises, displacement of a power element 1 is increased in response to the temperature to try to turn a lever 4. A coil spring 5, to which a constant tensile force is applied by an adjusting screw 6 previously to the direction for denying the power of the power element 1, is locked with the lever 4, and these force is balanced, and while the lever 4 is turned. When the lever 4 is turned at some degree, a plate spring 9 fixed to the lever 4 abuts on an auxiliary adjusting screw 10, and the plate spring 9 is bent. Temperature for turning a switch 3 ON is adjusted by adjusting the screw 10. When the temperature is lowered, the lever 4 is turned reversely, and the plate spring 9 is separated from the screw 10 to turn the switch 3 OFF. Consequently, a thermostat having a large difference between the temperature of the ON/OFF operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To construct a cam in a small size and also lessening the width of a device frame by allowing an adjuster shaft to work as a stopper while the end face of the device frame protrusive part runs against the projection on the oversurface of the cam. CONSTITUTION:A projection 105 is furnished on a cam plane 104b of an adjuster shaft 104, and a device frame 101 protrusive part 103 having an end face 103a is allowed to come in contact with the projection 105. When this projection 105 on the cam plane 104b runs against the end face 103a of the protrusive part 103 of the device frame 101, the adjuster shaft 104 is not able to rotate, and utilization is made as a stopper of the adjuster shaft 104. This permits lessening the outside dimension of the cam and also lessening the width of the device frame 101, which enables a thermostat to be embodied in a small size.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a cam face small-sized while reducing the width size of an appliance frame by making appliance frame tongue-shaped part to closely contact with the part of the cam face provided with ring-shaped groove so as to become a stopper. CONSTITUTION:The round axis part 104a of an adjusting axis 104 is projecting toward the outside of an appliance frame 101, while a flat part 104b is housed so that a tongue-shaped part 103 bent toward the inside of the base 102c of the appliance frame 101 may be positioned inside the ring-shaped groove of the cam flat part 104b. When the adjusting axis 104 is rotated, an arm 107 oscillates by displacement of the cam flat part 104b to change tension of a bias spring engaged with the arm 107 and generate an output change to a switch part for changing a set temperature. Here, when any part 105 not provided with the ring-shaped groove 106 of the cam flat part 104b of the adjusting axis 104 comes in close contact with the tongue-shaped part 103 of the appliance frame 101, the adjusting axis 104 can not rotate for being used as a stopper of the adjusting axis 104. Thereby, a small-sized thermostat can be obtained while improving the inside effective capacitance rate of a refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To widen a use adapting range, and facilitate protection by fixing a pair of movable electric contact points fixed to the bending inside both ends of a thermostat element and thermosensible movable contact points opposed to these to a thermosensible case, and forming an outer shell. CONSTITUTION:A thermostat element 2 is housed in a thermosensible case 1, and is bent in a circular pan shape. A pair of movable electric contacts 3 and 4 fixed to the bending inside both ends are provided, and the contacts 3 and 4 are opposed to each other on an inside surface of the case 1. In fixed electric contacts 5 and 6, one ends are fixed to the inside surface of the case 1 so as to be opposed to the contacts 3 and 4, and the other ends extend in the direction for separating from the case 1. Here, a screw 7 penetratingly passes through a central part of the element 2, and is fixed to the case 1, and at ordinary time, the contact points 3 and 4 contact with the contacts 5 and 6, and when a preset temperature is attained, the element 2 reverses, and adjusts so that the contacts M 3 and 4 and the contacts 5 and 6 separate from each other. Then, when a resistance value of a heater 10 is selected according to an electric current of a motor, a thermal balance is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the perfect stopping of the flow of cold air with a simple structure by a method wherein a rotor, rotated in a housing so as to open and/or close one set or more than two sets of cold air outflow ports and the inflow port of cold air, is provided and the rotor is operated so as to be separated from the openings of the inflow port and the outflow ports when the position of the rotor is being changed while the rotor closes the selected openings perfectly after the position of the rotor is changed. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 7 is rotated, a rotor 5, connected mechanically to the motor 7, is rotated and the projected part 5a of the rotor rides on a rib 4q at the center of a housing whereby the flap section 5b of the rotor is separated from the openings 4a, 4b, 4c of a housing. When the position of the rotor 5 is changed to a next opening, the projected part 5a of the rotor enters into notches 4d, 4e, 4f of the central rib of the housing, which are corresponding to the openings 4a, 4b, 4c, and the flap section 5b of the rotor is contacted perfectly and closely with the openings 4a, 4b, 4c of the housing. According to this method, the rotor can be separated from the openings of the housing when the rotor is rotated while the rotor can seal the openings of the housing perfectly when the rotor is stopped after selecting the opening to be closed.

By touching a convex surface 25a of the convex 25 on the case 24 and a cross sectional surface 33 of the rectangular cutout part 22 on the container frame 21, and by line-connecting the edge surface of two cut and raised parts 23 on the container frame 21 with a slant surface 26a of a concavity 26 that is provided on the side 24b of the case 24, movement in inserting and drawing directions is regulated. Namely, the case 24 can be solidly fixed to the container frame 21 without loosening in any directions.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce an operation temperature change, and improve responsiveness to an abnormal overcurrent by forming a thermosensible conductive passage to a thermostat element and the other connecting means from one of a pair of connecting means, and connecting an electric opening-closing part in series to it. CONSTITUTION:Both ends 5b and 5c of a thermostat element 5 are electrically connected to one end 6a of a connecting means 6 and one end 7a of a connecting means 7. The connecting means 6 and 7 are composed of a thin leaf spring so as not to change an operation temperature of the element 5, and are connected to each other by pressing down elements 5b and 5c. Here, an electric opening-closing part 43 is composed of a fixed electric contact point 8, a movable electric contact point 9 and an arm 10, and a thermosensible conductive passage 44 is composed of the thermostat element 5 and the connecting means 6 and 7. Then, when the opening-closing part 43 is electrically continued with the element 5 by using the connecting means 6 and 7, heat conduction is considered, and an operation temperature change is reduced, and operation excellent in responsiveness to an electric current can be repeatedly performed.
