Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor having a small amount of change in capacitance for the capacitor manufactured by the MEMS technique. SOLUTION: This microcomponent has a capacitive component. The capacitive component is composed by the continuous coupling of at least two capacitor elements (C1, C2, C3, and C4) that are successively connected. There are first and second plates (10) and (12) in each component. The first plate (10) is fixed to the other of the microcomponents. The second plate (12) includes a portion (19) that can deviate to the first fixed plate (10) by the effect of a control signal so that the value of the capacitance of the capacitor element C1 is changed. The control signal to the plurality of capacitor elements should be independently generated so that the entire capacitance of the capacitor is changed by independent change in the capacitance of each capacitor element.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonator that can adjust various characteristics such as a tuning frequency and its bandwidth over a comparatively wide range. SOLUTION: The electric resonator of this invention is a basic electric resonator (1) that is provided with a ribbon conductor (2) forming a flat loop and a conductor bridge (6) that is an arch bridging over segments (3, 4) to form a variable capacitor. Part of the bridge (6) is displaced with respect to the segments (3, 4) of the loop under the control of a control signal so as to change the capacitance of the capacitor resulting that the tuning frequency of the resonator can be revised.

Abstract: An elementary electrical resonator which includes a ribbon conductor forming a flat loop with at least one turn, the conductor having ends which form two parallel segments. The resonator further includes a conducting bridge which forms an arch straddling the two parallel segments of the ribbon conductor wherein opposing surfaces of the arch and the parallel segments form a capacitor. A part of the bridge is capable of being displaced with respect to the parallel segments under the action of a control signal so as to cause the capacitance of the capacitor and therefore the tuning frequency of the resonator to vary.
