Abstract: A fastening device (10) comprising a head (12), a shaft (14) connected to the head (12), a hole (16) positioned at top of the head (12), and a conduit (18) elongated from the hole (16) through the shaft (14). The fastening device (10) further characterized by a plurality of apertures (20) on the shaft (14) forming a passage (22) to the conduit (18) and an elastic membrane (24) enclosing to the shaft (14).
