Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for selecting network connectivity. The system (100) is able to continuously scan multiple networks while staying connected to a first subscribed network. When the connection speed of the first subscribed network falls below a predetermined threshold, the system connects to a second subscribed network. The second subscribed network is selected based on perceivable biases and momentary-based reasoning.
