    Abstract: A system (100) and method (300) are presented for the adaptive aggregating of communication bandwidth of a user device (101) connecting to the multiple network service providers (102). The system (100) comprises a user device (101), multiple network service providers (102) and a bandwidth aggregator module (103), residing at the user device (101), for providing connections to the multiple network service providers (102). The bandwidth aggregator module (103) includes an aggregator unit (201) configured to split data file into data chunks and to group based on a generated bandwidth aggregation ratio, and multiple queue buffers (204) configured to receive and disseminate the grouped data chunks to each respective network service provider. The method (300) comprising the steps of registering and initializing (S301) a user device (101) into multiple network service providers (102), generating a bandwidth aggregation ratio (S302) based on a calculated link rate for each network service provider (102), and aggregating the communication bandwidth (S303) based on the generated bandwidth aggregation ratio among multiple network service providers (102).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for monitoring and switching a network (20) for ensuring connection quality. The system comprises a data collector (11) for gathering connection parameters of a plurality of networks (20), a network engine (12) for receiving the connection parameters of the plurality of networks (20) and determining the performance of the plurality of networks (20) wherein the performance is indicated by a network criterion which is generated by a hysteresis engine (13). A routing database (14) is provided for comparing the network criterion of the plurality of networks (20) and determining the network (20) for establishing connection.
