    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method to discover network application relationship and to detect communication anomaly within server and server to server by analyzing interaction between network application and service and its dependencies. In particular, the present invention identifies possible anomaly in a network communication and record network packet information for troubleshooting purposes. Any detected changes will be automatically updated in the system configuration. The present invention comprising at least one monitoring system (102); at least one repository (104); and at least one host (106, 108, 110).
