Abstract: PURPOSE:To illuminate light of the color temp. or spectral distribution characteristics conforming to the conditions of use in either case when a flash emitting device is used as a main light source or as an auxiliary light source, by controlling the quantity of the light to be emitted by each light emitting source so as to provide the quantity of the light corresponding to the results of arithmetic operations for the ratio of the quantity of emission light to be emitted from each light emitting source according to the color temp. data of an object or a film while providing the plural light emitting sources having mutually different spectral characteristics for emission light. CONSTITUTION:The X contact S3 of a camera is connected through terminals JB2, JS2 and an inverter IN4 to the input terminal of a one-shot circuit OS4 in a control circuit 13 for light emission, and the output terminal of the circuit OS4 is connected to one input terminal of an AND gate AN1. The output terminal of a detecting circuit 8 for completion of charging is connected to the other input terminal of the AND gate AN1. A +V power source is connected through a resistor to the connection point of the terminal JS2 and the inverter IN4. The output terminal of the AND gate AN1 is connected to the set input terminals of a flip-flop FF0 and a flip-flop FF1 respectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To photograph with a good automatic focus free from the oblique measurement error by correcting the amount of paying out a photographic lens by the error of measurement only in accordance with the composition position of a principal object to be photographed. CONSTITUTION:When colored transparent plate 8a coincides with the principal object of photography of finder 7 with the shift of operating knob 9, range finder element 1 swings via intermediate lever 11 and rotary lever 12 to correct the direction of the element 1 as far as the position where the range of the principal object is precisely found. Accordingly, slide plate 3 is rotated by the pin 1d and guide plate 13 with the pin 15 as its center so that the inclination of oblique cam 3a of the slide plate 3 is corrected. In this state, when the lock of the slide plate 3 is unlocked by release lever 4, the amount of paying out of lens barrel 2 is corrected via cam 3a by the error of oblique measurement in accordance with the return due to the spring of the slide plate 3. Therefore in the automatic focusing camera a good automatic photographing free from the error of oblique measurement can be done.
